Day 8!
1. Need to start to exercise. My body is aching, they literally screaming for help!. House chores should never count as exercise.
2. Start a beauty regime A.S.A.P. I need to look after myself so that I would feel a bit better about myself. Poor my rough and dry skin. I know I neglected you a lot lately.
